Curriculum

The Data Science program requires 128 total credit hours. Forty-six of those credit hours are specific and required for the major. The program is comprised of the following:

SAS Programming. Project-based learning is used to help students develop effective problem-solving skills and effective collaboration skills.

Mathematical Statistics. This course introduces students to basic concepts of inference and main methods of estimation.

Machine Learning. The main focus of this course is to understand the basic operations and applications of what we currently call machine learning.
